Vision

Pioneering to become a frontrunner in sustainable aviation

That is the future we wish to create, one in which KLM works with partners to catalyse far-reaching changes in the aviation industry that will make it more sustainable. Pioneering is rooted in our history of entrepreneurship and can-do spirit.
We were the first airline to use a hub-and-spoke model, we pioneered the use of joint ventures and social media and are now pushing the boundaries of SAF.
